    If you need to return a product to ICT for replacement or repair, you may either phone or fax us the following information: 1.) The ICT part number, 2.) The serial number, 3.) The ship to address, and 4.) Your preferred shipping courier and account number, if applicable. We will then provide you with an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and the cost of repair if the unit is no longer under warranty.
